Uncork Your Creativity to Win a Michelin-Starred Dinner Party

Mark Thompson READ TIME: 1 MIN.

In restaurants across the country, passionate chefs are preparing fare that is taking the act of cooking to unprecedented levels, leading to a culture of food enthusiasts from New Mexico to New York and everywhere in between.

The buzz surrounding these first-rate dishes stems not only from their taste, but from their appearance, due to strategic plating techniques, careful attention to detail and perhaps most memorable of all-the thoughtful and dynamic use of color.

Campo Viejo, Rioja's largest wine producer, understands that color is a fundamental tool in today's culinary scene, not only in the nation's premier restaurants, but also in the gastronomic revolution that is occurring in homes around the country every day.

The Color Me Uncorked Challenge encourages food and wine lovers to exercise their creativity and kitchen skills to create a colorful, original, Campo Viejo-inspired dish for the opportunity to partake in the hands-on culinary experience of a lifetime.

The creator of the best recipe, as determined by a judging panel and public votes, will win a four-course Spanish dinner, prepared by Chef Anthony Sasso of Michelin-starred Casa Mono in New York City.

To enter Campo Viejo's Color Me Uncorked Challenge, participants may visit www.facebook.com/CampoViejoWine to submit an original recipe, photograph and short description by April 9, 2012 (11:59:59 PM EST).
