Despite failing to get his new single "Yummy" to land in the no. 1 spot on Billboard's Hot 100, Justin Bieber's seventh album "Changes" earned the coveted space for Billboard's 200 albums chart, beating a record held by Elvis Presley for the last 59 years, Billboard reports.

With the success of his new album, Bieber is now the youngest solo artist to earn seven no. 1 albums at the age of 25. Presley was 26 years old when he earned his seventh no. 1 album ("Blue Hawaii," released in 1961.)

Bieber took to social media to thank his fans for "Changes" position on the Billboard chart.

"Changes" is Bieber's first album since the 2015 effort "Purpose." It finds the Canadian pop star reflecting on his transition from a young adult to adulthood, most notably his marriage to wife Hailey Bieber.
